Great location, close to station and city centre. Friendly and helpful reception, nice clean room. Bathroom would benefit from modernisation. Had little time for breakfast due to early train. Had one small bread roll left on my plate but was not allowed to take it with me. The hotel is expensive so it seems petty to be ultra strict on this.

Great Location for Exploring Bolzano

Located across the street from the train station and only a five minutes walk to the main plaza, Hotel Regina is in a great location for shopping and for going to the Ötzi museum. The front desk staff was friendly and we especially appreciated their help in locating a self service laundromat nearby. Our room was quiet and spacious and the breakfast provided many food choices, including espresso coffee options.

Had two nights, it's in good condition, very friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast included. Hotel provided a notice to enable free parking in surrounding neighbourhood and there is reasonably priced paid parking next door. Only 5-10 minutes from pedestrian mall areas of centre with all levels of food pricing

Great location (opposite train station), excellent staff, very good breakfast with good selections and surprisingly quiet, which we liked it very much. However, the room is very small and outdated, TV is tiny (14 inches!!!), bedding and mattress is uncomfortable to sleep.

Fab location, good value for money.

Very enjoyable stay at the Hotel Regina, staff were very friendly and helpful. Well located just a few minutes walk through the park to the central square, Waltherplatz. There is a parking lot just next door, although a bit expensive at 26 euros/day. The hotel does have a few parking spots but these are only available on a first come first serve basis for just 10 euros. We were given a large, comfortable room, good silent aircon, modern bathroom, good size shower. Very pleased overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Was advertised as free parking but we were charged €10, then made to sign a form saying we agreed to the charge. After driving 10hours & no other option so had to pay it. Otherwise nice hotel & good location

Very pleasant and informative reception staff. This is not a luxury hotel, of course. It is very convenient for the railway station, not too far from the old town centre. It is economic and does exactly as it says on the can. The breakfast is ok and more than adequate. The ability to leave luggage in store after booking out is useful, though not secure. We visited at the end of October, so not too hot. I imagine that in hot weather one would need to open the windows a little, and this would probably be a bit noisy.

Great location, super staff

Staff were super helpful on arrival. Breakfast was good. Hotel is in a great location opposite the station but within easy walking distance of the town square and the cable car. Good size room, although we had booked for our son too, who didn’t come in the end, so it was probably bigger than others.
