Functional, good location

At check-in, we were told there was only a room with two twins, although I had booked a king bed room. After arguing for a minute they gave us a king bedroom as requested. Everything else was very good. Hotel inside needs some renovation, but otherwise was clean and modern.

This property needs updating. The shower is narrow and the shower liner keeps sticking to you while you shower. The shower tiles also have mold. The bed is not the most comfortable. Its not terrible.. the facility just older. The breakfast is good. The food at dinner is good as well.

This hotel was so kickass. Everyone's nice. The rooms are great. The location is great. I don't know if there's a nicer hotel in the city. And I don't care I have no reason no interest to go anywhere else And I love that they have netflix there you got a nice woman and Netflix? A nice room you'll make it in life! I booked a sea view room, and got a nice 2nd floor room with a view of the parking lot out back. Staff at the desk weren't friendly. Otherwise, property was clean and the breakfast was nice I guess. The parking lot was cool.

Disappointing

This property is in a great location, and could be really fantastic...but it's not. To be fair, the room was pretty clean and the bed was comfy. However, the carpet was badly stained and the linens are dingy (think Motel 6). Free breakfast buffet is totally acceptable, but the restaurant is extremely loud, as staff are yelling to one another across the room, throwing silverware around and bussing tables as loudly as possible. Lunch/dinner are available from a menu, but I found the food to be less than desirable. Overall, this hotel offers all of the basics, but is certainly missing the polish and professionalism one would expect. We found a truly luxurious property nearby for less money and with same view.

The location was very good. The physical plant was beat up. Just about everything that had been laminated was delaminating. Bed was OK. Restaurant beef was abysmally poor - the worst I ever had at the price point. Breakfast was very good (not excellent). Laundry service was good and fairly priced. There was no alarm clock in the room. There was no air conditioning, even though the Expedia information (when booking) said there was. The safe was an oddity with no instructions. The phone system was another oddity with no directory or instructions. When we left on early tours so that we missed breakfast, the front desk extended the courtesy of packing us a box lunch.

Como sempre, muito agradável e confortável. Sempre que vou a Punta Arenas me Hospedo nele. Muito bem localizado, confortável, café muito bom, silencioso, e atendimento impecável.

Atendeu em parte , conforme observações

Sugestões sobre o que faltou: - Os funcionários da recepção sabiam pouco sobre passeios turísitos a serem realizados na localidade. Quando perguntei, funcionário me levou até uma local com vários folders que não atendiam ao telefone. - Mina esposa é vegana. Ao informar tal fato no restaurante, nenhuma medida foi tomada. Ela teve que tomar café da manhã com o que encontrava, tendo sempre que perguntar se determinado produto era vegano ou não. O estabelecimento poderia muito bem ter providenciado alguns produtos visando atender aos anseios do cliente. Na atualidade, não é muito difícil elaborar produtos que sejam veganos e ao mesmo tempo atendendo aos celíacos e alergicos a ovo e leite, que poderiam ser cosumidos por todos, além desses últimos. No mais, localização excelente. Limpeza muito bem feita. Quartos Amplos. Nossa estadia atendeu as expectativas, salvo as observações e sugestões acima
