The guy at the front desk Ray is super helpful. My dad had passed away during my stay and he was super empathetic and just a genuine human being. The hotel was nice and centrally located, but Ray made the stay.

Never cleaned room in three nights. Had coffee maker but had to go to front desk every day to ask for K-Cups. TV user-unfriendly.

It’s renovated, and bed comfort was ok. Other than that, not good. As we entered the room for the first time there was some water by the washing machine, I was checking if someone left it running but it was off, as I opened the door water began flowing from the washer. I went to use the toilet, flushed it and saw waste water leaking around the toilet. Went to wash my hands, and sink filled up and was slow draining. Flipped my pillow and there was someone’s hair on it…They were overbooked and couldn’t move us. I asked for some bleach to clean around the toilet as we use it for sanitary reasons, the maintenance guy told us to go to the 1st floor and use common restrooms, we stayed on the 5th floor, he also suggested that wasn’t waste water…They didn’t offer any resolution. I highly recommend you stay elsewhere when in San Diego.

No habia nadie en recepción para ayudarnos con el check in, pues nos dijeron que era su hora de comida. Que esperaramos hasta que terminara El estacionamionto solo es con valet parking y es carísimo 65 dls x noche. Limpieza se cobra aparte 150 dls. Es para llegar 1 noche y sin vehículo. Los que nos tuvieron que ayudar con nuestra reserva fueron los cgicos del valet parking
