Ok for a night.

We arrived early and the staff was very helpful and friendly and let us check in early. The rooms are very old and outdated. They were dark and with ants on the bathroom. And no ventilation in the bathroom. Breakfast was also ok.

The hotel is fantastic. It is on a quiet, safe street about a 10 minute walk from the plaza. The staff speaks English and was always available to help with anything we needed. The hotel atmosphere is wonderful and buffet breakfast features omelettes to order and barista coffee. We got a room with a sitting room and bathroom on the first floor and a sleeping loft on the second. My only complaint is that wifi would not work in our room. Overall I highly recommend the hotel and would certainly stay there again.

Love this Gem of Cuzco!

We loved this hotel from the moment we walked in. the location is fantastic and we walked to all of the sights in Historical Cuzco. room was huge, very roomy. wish there was a little fan for those of us that sleep hot and need the breeze. but dont let that stop you, it is beautiful and their service top notch. The on location restaurant is top notch! We preactically had room service every night! breakfast delicious! and they went above to give us a great anniversary and birthday for my wife. a+
