The staff was excellent. The lobby decor was beautiful. The room with the single bunkbeds was small, but the bathroom was good sized and lovely. A few more outlets in the room would have been helpful.

I had a great experience during my stay! The service was excellent overall, and the General Manager was especially kind and helpful. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I got to the airport on time, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to come across that level of care and dedication. Highly recommend!

It was great to have service very late at night, since our flight was delayed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The toiletries were amazing and smelled very good. The complimentary coffee in the morning was a lifesaver. Overall the location was great and super centric.

Perfect for my weekly 1-night stays for work in Chicago. The room has no frills but if you just need a clean, small place to crash at a great price, this is for you. This is not a place you would want to work from your room or lounge around in. The bedroom is as big as the bathroom.

My six year old daughter and I stayed at FOUND for a quick Mothers Day weekend getaway. It was perfect. The bunk beds were super fun and comfortable too. The check in check out process by phone was much appreciated, especially when traveling with a little one, solo. Super convenient location. Would definitely return.

Overall not a bad experience, but my bathroom was locked and when I asked to get it unlocked, it was never unlocked. Luckily I just needed to use this place to sleep, but it would help if they don’t forget to unlock the restrooms.

Dante the night clerk was a nice dude!! Other wise the reservation through the 3rd party was a bit jacked up. They said it cancelled & no rooms were available, but he was able to make it happen. No hot water in the morning, soni had to take a cold shower. It was alright.

The room was small but mighty with a spacious bathroom! But the noise levels outside were so loud... there were people screaming right outside our window all night long along with the cars honking like crazy... I'm a deep sleeper and I woke up multiple times throughout the night. Other than that everything else was fantastic.

I was unhappy that the receptionist still asked me to fill the online arrival questionnaire even if I can hand to him my ID and credit card. I was put on hold three times on the line for more than 5 minutes when I called the front desk and tried to ask a simple question. The personal help part of the business was minimum and unpleasent.

The room assigned window was open about 3 inch behind bed headboard. Room heater was malfunctioning. Elevator door was not closing use alternative. show everything to service attendant I am told they will refund partial amount. when check out there was nobody at the counter or lobby for more than 10 minutes.
