The best part is the location. Out of the hotel, turn right, walk straight, you will reach the Havabus to IST in 5 minutes or less.

Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Hotel was walking distance from metro, bust station, Taksim Square and Istiqlal street. What I did not like was the elevator, it was too small and sometimes we had to wait a long time to get on it. But overall it was an enjoyable stay, and I would consider it for my next trip to Istanbul.

Not my first time choosing this hotel and loved my second experience. My room was big and I was surprised that it got a big terrace with a good view. The location is aslo one of my favorite things at the hotel. The downside was the breakfast, very basic and not much of a variety. This time I booked also a room for my cousin and her husband, and unfortunately there room was really small, was at the first floor so it was noisy and they were disturbed by other guests at the same floor and the light from the sign of the facing building.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. But the property it was not what we were expecting, the shower was leaking and it was very dangerous as we were afraid off falling and getting hurt. Where i told the reception they advised me to put towels on the floor and not caring about our life and safety. I don’t recommend this property to anyone. Also this will be the last time staying at this hotel. We were not happy at all.

Budget hotel that's located in a very good area

This is not a high-end hotel, but it's a comfortable hotel. I liked my stay here. The hotel is located very close to Taksim Square in 1-2 mins walking distance. Many restaurants and shops nearby. I got a room that was facing towards the street, so i could see what is happening around the hotel. There are no international TV channels in the room. No drinking water provided, but you can get from a grocery shop opposite the hotel. Hotel staff don't speak much English but understandable. If there is language problem we all have access to Google translation app,so it is not a big deal. Breakfast is not good and not bad. They serve the same things everyday. There are variety of bread for you to choose and don't miss the peach tea. It's so nice. But,don't fall for a discount on massage service that they offer. The massage I received was very terrible. The masseur seems to knew only rubbing, not massaging. My tiredness was still there after the massage, so it's not worth the money at all. If you want to experience Hamam, go to Tarihi Galatasaray Hamami that's located nearby Taksim Square, not at the hotel. After all , staying here is good enough, if you want to control your budget. Taxi and Uber are very easy to access. You can take a tram at Taksim Square as well. Enjoy your stay !!

DO NOT STAY

Firstly, I would like to start with the poor and shocking customer service provided by the staff at the hotel, who were really rude and deceiving and looked to making extra money on every occasion. Torgey was the name of one of the receptionist who was really rude, I complained to him about 2 light fittings right above the headside of my bed which was causing me difficultly in sleeping and was a health risk as I hurt my head on it quite a few times. Another sharpe fitting on the side of the toilet on which I cut my arm, and again another health risk.The last point which I wanted to notify people about was probably the most disgusting and horrific thing that I have seen in a hotel especially a hotel which is catering for families. Firstly, me and my cousin were asked multiple times for personal services in the lift by which I could only assume we’re prostitutes. I then seen these same very women and different women on different days entering a room next to us on our floor. Loud music, smell of cannabis and screams coming from the room next door was preventing us from sleeping on so many nights. Having then gone and complained about this matter to the receptionist Torgay who smiled and laughed and replied saying special financial agreement with the boss of the hotel, which implied to me that multiple rooms in this hotel were being used as brothels. strongly advise you to stay away from this place as this experience was a nightmate for me and would be devastating for families.

Ikke verdt å betale så mye for dette hotellet

Flott beliggenhet med dyre butikker og restauranter i området , . Hotellet er mye eldre enn det det ser ut som på bilde. Sengen er ikke komfortabel. Dusjdøra hang løs, håndkle feste hang løs. Mye var gammelt. Bildene man ser før reservasjonen stemmer ikke hilsen ung par fra Norge. . Dette er gamle bilder . Damene som hadde renhold på hotellet var veldig flinke. Eneste som var bra med hotell var renhold av rommet . Frokost som var inkludert var heøt grei, eneste som var dårlig var at vi hadde 5.netter opphold og det var samme mat hver dag , kunne bytte på litt . Var dårlig service med varmt vann til te etc. Var alltid tomt så man måtte spørre. . Også måtte man helt ned til resepsjonen får å hente seg dette og kaffe hver gang man hadde lyst på varm drikke
