The hotel in general was good, However some staff needs to compensate for less service minded staff. Great work for those of you who really try. The hotel experience started bad during check in and check out. Check-in was bad due to she could not find reservation and after several input to request a additional bad it came the day after. Check out was bad as we intended to pay upfront before the morning of check out. Also our pre booked breakfast was given to another guest. I would not recommend this as a 5star hotel as they say.

The service was very sub par. 1. Check in experience - chaotic at best - got only one room key for each room although both were on double occupancy. Keep in mind that you need a key card to use the elevators at all times. 2. When I requested an additional key, I got one but the first key was auto disabled. 3. By the time I Figured that out, my wife had gone out and I got a new set of keys but both the old ones were disabled leaving my wife stuck outside without a working card. 4. My daughters were refused room service - simply because they forgot to get my card details at checkin. They were hungry for hours while we were out. 5. An experience manager gave me her number asking to reach out if I had any issues during my stay but she never picked up my phone call - ever. 6. I was refused a physical copy if my receipt citing technical challenges. Overall, good property , well connected to Chennai but one of the worst service experiences that I have had.

Had a great stay I was totally satisfied with all the things but could not get a proper dinner in the evening when I asked for room service I was told only few things gs are available and I had to select in what ever was available.. and this is at around 8:30pm so wanted to see if they can improve anything on this apart from that it's a best place to stay

The level of service exceeded our expectations, and the staff truly embodied the 5-star quality of your brand. From the beginning, we were impressed by the warmth and efficiency of the porters and bellmen who greeted us. Their speed in assisting with our luggage before check-in set a positive tone for our stay. The security screeners at the front gate were diligent while maintaining a welcoming smile, ensuring we felt safe from the moment we arrived. We’d like to particularly acknowledge a few exceptional staff members: Rajini, Vijay, and Daniel: Assisted with luggage during arrival and departure, making the process smooth. Mukesh at the front desk: His prompt assistance at 3:30 AM to confirm our flight departure time alleviated our anxiety. At the restaurant: Anand: Always ensured we felt at home, attentively meeting our needs. Soni: Her joyful and attentive service was delightful. Mukund, Biblak, Chittu, and another gentleman: Their excellent service and friendly demeanor enhanced our dining experience. I made a wrong decision to stay here because this property has a construction work going on right now between 10AM - 6PM everyday top of your room you will hear the hammer and drilling sounds those hours , I complained about this issue to lobby they said we have contract construction works going on right now it’s going to like this we can’t do anything I was shocked this is unresponsive answer , then I asked him I was travels past 18 hours and timing changes jet lock if I want to take rest do I have to wait til 6 PM that guy said yes something like that we can’t do anything , pool area is not for guests some swimming classes going on there now no privacy , this place is not worth it think twice before book
