Amazing hotel

This place is located in a good part of town, close to bars and restaurants but still quiet enough where you can sleep. It is beautiful inside with a rooftop jacuzzi and pool. Staff is gracious and answers all questions quickly and with a smile. The room has a tropical theme and I loved my stay there. Definitely recommend it and definitely will stay again if I return to Medellin.

We stayed at the Landmark for four nights and we dont have any complaints. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I got an hour long massage from Doris and it was probably one of the best massages I've ever received. The hotel is a few blocks (walking distance) from some great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was charming and clean. The staff were super nice, and their cafe downstairs had a pretty good breakfast. I stayed in the room that had a loft with 2 beds and bathrooms. The downstairs area was very tight. Especially if you have 2 suitcases that open light a butterfly.

I would have loved to have given this hotel five stars but could not. Upon our check-in, we were given the smallest room I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Smaller than anything I’ve ever seen in Europe or in New York City. We couldn’t even walk at the same time in the room. It was so small. We had booked an upgraded deluxe room and were shocked when we saw how tiny this room was. The next day, the staff did move us to a room that was a bit larger that was the exact same type I had booked originally. The hotel is very clean and the beds are very comfortable, and it is in a great location. I would not hesitate to stay there again, however, definitely double check the pictures of the room you booked to the room you get.
