Short stay/ just visiting family in this area. Had best reviews for cleanliness when I looked it up. It is an older hotel but it is very tidy & clean (no weird odors). Excellent staff.

Clean quiet and comfortable and the managers were very accommodating for whatever issue or need you may have more than helpful the best hotel in the area and I will be staying there every time I come in for business

Echo and the male staff member at the service desk were really nice and polite! The room was very clean and the location of the place in Harrisburg is great! If you’re going to Shawnee, consider this place to stay.

This place exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and checked the room for cleanliness prior to us settling in. They brought fresh towels each day. The king bed was super comfortable. The location was excellent. A short drive to Aldi, restaurants, and cvs. Short walk to all your espresso needs at Steam Cafe.

Target practice

Better than being homeless, however the roaches were just target practice. Other than that the slots were down majority of the time kinda a bummer. Not a horrible experience though lol

Seems to be a lot of sketchy looking people hanging around. Not sure why the police showed up at about 8:30pm but that didn’t feel right. We ended up driving to a hiking trail and stayed in our van and just used the room to hang out in the heat and take a shower.

Door key did not work, ran out of toilet paper because they do not leave an extra roll in the bathroom. Went downstairs to the office and they didn’t have one. Soap was a broken pkg of pieces of soap, no tissues . Bathtub was very slippery (dangerous) but over all room was clean

Not a good experience

Got to the motel at approximately 8:30 pm. The room was not ready and they did not even know if they had the room we paid for. I was told the website was selling more rooms than they had available. After a lengthy wait we were given the card key to the room but were told there were no towels in the room. Someone would bring them in about an hour. 90 minutes later, I called the front office to get them. After a long day, we were looking forward to a shower and sleep. The hairdryer did not work. Had to call to get a working hairdryer. Picked up the phone to call the front office and the cord for the receiver popped right out of the phone. I had to hold it in to make the call. At that, the call was cut off because it would not keep a connection. The room was clean. No coffee. They did give us to complimentary waters.

Room was littered with trash from previous tenants. Bed was dirty and towels were dirty as well. Shouldn’t be allowed to be selling dirty rooms

Don't stay here

started out seeing a mouse just outside the check in area should of known then to go somewhere else. There were bugs in the room mostly dead ones so housecleaning needs to look closer than they did to clean the room. Live roach at one point major yuck! Towels were small and cheap for sure. Left to go out half the day came back to the fact they came in to turn down the beds with all our stuff in the room plus they opened the drapes half way as this is there signal to finish cleaing something else in the room. Was not happy that people walking by could see we had things out in our room not a good idea plus they took the towels and had not replaced them! Manager said we should of put the sign out on our doors Well there wasn't a sign to do that! So gave us one too late at that point! Would not stay here again --- just a Motel if you want one of those to stay at NO THANK YOU!
