Everything about this hotel was excellent. From the free shuttle, easy check-in, wonderful customer service, super clean room, in-room amenities/supplies, spa, quietness, temperature, breakfast and swift check-out. The train station is just behind the hotel, yet I did not hear a train throughout my stay. I would definitely book this hotel when travelling to Japan.

Overall, my stay was nice, the place was clean and was within walking distance of the shopping areas, and the train station. My only negative was my bed was not comfortable. It was hard as a brick, but overall like the room.

convenient stay for airport travelers

close to station that directly takes you to NRT, with express trains too. hotel is located on the bottom of hill, station is higher up on hill, so getting to hotel may require some time on elevator/escalator leaving the station (look for the right exit) to save you from walking the ramp on side of road. otherwise, hotel offers direct bus service to airport, we called front desk to reserve our seats for the bus leaving the next morning.

Great stays at APA

APA Hotels have been one of our go to hotels while in Japan. Locations are great, properties are updated, well amenitied, clean, safe. Prices are competitive. For some reason, every time upon check in their computer system never recognizes my passport info thus prolonging/delaying the said matter. Thought it was a one time glitch but it happens always. Staff cannot explain why this happens as well.

Good Option near Narita

This hotel is a clean, safe, and very affordable (not fancy) hotel convenient to Narita Airport. The train station is just steps away. The included buffet breakfast is mainly Japanese-style but very good. I sent my large suitcase ahead and they can only accept it on the day of your arrival which worked out, but I had to speak to three employees to retrieve it. I was able to have late check-out for 1000 yen per hour. My only issue with the hotel was that I was told I could get the free airport shuttle at noon, but they don’t have it at that time. Language barrier!

They were very disorganized at checking with their lines not making sense. One of our luggage we shipped over did not arrive and they didn’t appear to offer any concern or solution on how we would get it. After taking three trains to reach this destination we were exhausted and that was the last thing we wanted to happen. They were not very accommodating nor did they apologize for the inconvenience which is unacceptable to me. Our room faced the train tracks on the 13th floor and every ten minutes pretty much day and night you’d hear the train rumble by quite loudly. Honestly, I could have cried. I would not recommend this hotel and would definitely it stay there in the future.

大浴場の脱衣場が髪の毛だらけだったのか不快でした。 もう少しマメに清掃して貰えると嬉しい。 近くに置いてあった用具を使って軽く掃除をしましたが、用具のダスターも髪の毛だらけでした。 せめてダスターが綺麗な状態で置いてあれば気付いた人が掃除できて快適に過ごす事ができます。 足に髪の毛がたくさん付いたので不快でした。
