El hotel en general está bien, el problema… la gente que trabaja allí. Una Srita Laura todo menos educada con los clientes, pésima actitud todo el tiempo. Entregaron habitaciónes después de las 6 pm!!! Lo único que realmente vale la pena del hotel el señor Pedro!!!

Cuarto no tiene ventilación. Mal iluminado. Camas en mal estado. Desayuno inexistente aunque te lo ofrecen con la reservacion. Baño bien

Reservamos este lugar 5 amigas para la despedida de soltera de una de ellas y lo elegimos por la alberca pero al llegar no nos mencionaron nada hasta que nosotras comentamos que subíamos a la habitación dejábamos las maletas y bajamos de una a la alberca y fue cuando nos comento el recepcionista que la alberca no tenia agua por algo de la bomba, la verdad eso fue suficiente para no regresar a ese hotel pues si ofrecen alberca por lo menos en la pagina deberían de aclarar que no tiene agua y por tanto no se podrá hacer uso de ese espacio, después ya resignadas en la habitación había un mini balcón muy sucio, tierra de semanas o por lo menos varios días, el papel de baño super chafa, en 6 idas al baño se terminó y al ir a recepción por otro fui muy cuestionada para poder darme otro rollo de papel, la verdad se ve que tienen poca gente y aun así se les van muchos detalles y asuntos de mas importancia, Definitivo, No lo recomendamos :(

Not centered, 10 minute driving from the tour point. Rooms are basic, no temp control, USB port and hair drier. Breakfast is very limited coffee and pancake only. Lost breakfast ticket means no breakfast. Loud sound from the street and next room.

El hotel es muy bonito Pero si me lleve una decepción ya que reservamos específicamente este hotel por dos cosas la alberca hice llamada para asegurarme que estuviera en servicio y me comentaron que si estaria en servicio y llegamos y nunca estuvo en servicio y dos el desayuno solo es un gancho para que vayas a su restaurante te ofrecen dos hotcakes minis con una taza de cafe no mas no menos, en general el hotel y la atencion del personal muy bien de ahi en mas si una decepción lo que te prometen en la reservacion ya al fin de cuentas solo fue una habitación de hotel comun.
