Large and comfortable room in a good location

Hotel room was very spacious, which was unusual for Japan, but appreciated. Hotel itself was conveniently located near the main station, staff were friendly and there was a convenience store attached. Would definitely book again when staying in Sendai.

部屋が広くてマッサージチェアがあり過ごしやすかった。フロントに置いてあるセルフサービスのアメニティの品数が多くて便利だった。バスタオルが少々ゴワゴワしていて、古いようなにおいがしたのが少し気になった。スタッフの方の笑顔と丁寧な対応は素敵だった。 総じて過ごしやすく部屋が広いので、宿を探すと大抵ダイワロイネットは値段が高い訳が分かった気がした。

Hotel location is great. Not far from station at all. Checkin and checkout process is time consuming. They have at least 3 staffs at the counter to help you. But whatever they need, they need to go through the checkin machines outside their desk. What's the point? Rooms are okay. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is lacking. It's not bad but it's not great either. The restaurant needs some upgrade and also the food.

お値段と比較すると古く、サービスも良くないです。 連泊だと札を出さなければタオルも追加ありません。 お部屋の掃除は不要でしたが、ホテルでタオル変えないって通常あるのかと驚きました。 毎日同じの使うのが当たり前の文化なのかな？ あと、部屋着が臭くて着れなかったのと、 枕が固くて寝れなかった… 寝る時に横向きの方は選ばないほうがいいです。 耳が痛くなります。
