So close to the pedestrian street Vitosha blvd. the hotel has been refurbished and the rooms are really nice and spacious, however, the bathroom was not as clean as I would have wanted. All in all the positives outweighed the negatives and if I were in Sofia again, I would book the same hotel

Super location

To be honoust the price/quality is not fully balanced. The cost for a superior room compared to other way more luxurious places. That being said, the beds are very comfortable and big. They are well equipped with a fridge, coffee and thee maker and the room is spacious and at the back of the hotel very quite. The hotel is situated only a few steps away from the main boulevard where you can get all you want, food, drinks, shopping ….

Expected a little more from a 4 star hotel

The room was large and nice, but one bed was a fold out couch. The coffee was not refilled during our 3 nights. Last night there was a large group of young adults staying in several rooms on our floor, they kept the doors open to walk between the rooms. So noisy. But the breakfast was ok, small dining area. Pretty close (11 min) to the metro going to the airport.

Short break

The reason this hotel gets a 2 is because of its prime location, right in yhe heart of the city so restaurant and bars were just a few steps away. Unfortunately the actual hotel was not great, bathroom was dirty, safe didn't work our entire stay and no alternative was offered, we didnt have any toilet paper for a whole day and had to request 3 times before it was placed in our room. Looks outdated with everything old and rooms are run down. Would only recommend staying here if you (like me) were just going on a short break. Luckily we didn't stay in the hotel apart for sleeping and we missed breakfast everday so can't comment on the food. Worth it for a short break only as location was great.
