Best place to stay in Marrakech

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. It is well staffed and the staff go out of their way to help and are all bilingual. The pool is beautiful and clean. The whole hotel is wonderfully clean. The location is perfect for visiting the markets. The food and buffet breakfast is amazing too.

Staff very helpful and could not do enough for you. Great little idea with traditional tea and biscuits in the lobby We had NO hot water in our room for the duration of our stay. Air con was good. Disappointing Experience

My family booked a one-night stay to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, the AC in our room was leaking, and water had spread across the floor. I asked if someone could clean it up, but instead, they sent a maintenance worker to fix the AC drilling into the wall while we were there.

I would avoid where possible. Staff were friendly and welcoming but this is one of the only compliments I could give this Riad. For a 3 night stay we only had hot water from the shower for 1 wash. The pressure of the water trickled out. Our room consisted of a very hard mattress and pillow and a rack with 6 hangers to hang our clothes on. No draws or shelves. There was a problem with the swimming pool, they were trying to fix it all day which meant laying by the pool was stressful. Due to the pool not working properly, water was cloudy and not particularly clean. Breakfast was nice but if you got there 30 minutes before closing they don’t refill what’s empty for you. Very disappointing - we didn’t choose our hotel wisely.

Good Riad, mixed feelings

We had mixed feelings with our stay at this hotel. We were initially given a nice room opposite the restaurant but it was too noisy every night till midnight, and during the day. We were then moved to the third floor room and this was a bit more private and quiet. However, the room had damp walls, rugs were dirty (like not been washed for years) and shower set up / cubicle was poor. Will water flowing into the rest of the bathroom floor, so we had to put towels. But we put up with it. The breakfast was good quality food and tasty. However, it was very much the same thing every day. It would have been good if they changed it and served more fruit. The Riad generally was beautiful, quite central to all the tourist sites and a 5-8 minute walk from Jamaa el-Fnaa square. The staff were excellent, kind, friendly and try hard to make sure guests were happy. Overall, I think I is a great place to stay, but we were a little disappointed with the rooms we were given.

Très bien situé (au cœur du souk et à 5 min de Jamaa El fna). Personnel très agréable, très disponible et souriant. Riad très propre : constamment une dame qui nettoie les parties communes et la chambre est nickel. Les points à améliorer : manque de luminosité dans les chambres, et vétusté de la salle de bain.

Una experiencia increíble en la Medina

El personal muy amable, fueron a buscarnos hasta donde es factible entrar en vehículo, 3 minutos caminando. Nos acompañaron a comprar ropa y artículos personales (ya que nuestra maleta no llegó). El cuscús de res delicioso, así como buena variedad de desayuno tradicional e internacional. Buen servicio de internet, a solo 10 minutos caminando, lleno de tiendas y seguro de la plaza Jemaa el-Fna. Lo único negativo fue que la luz por las noches se iba constantemente. La decoracion hermosa, el té y galletas de bienvenida exquisitas.
