This facility is good in several respects: It is relatively new, therefore clean and modern. One aspect I liked was the 24/7 staffing by young girls who, when asked, provided knowledgeable help on, for example, where to find the breaker box (I popped one by accident). Four things I didn't like: 1) Not enough parking - this is a common Euro problem, but it seems to me a new facility could easily have built-in underground parking, but no, there are only about 12 regular spaces and another 5-6 overflow out front (robbing parking from the attached beauty saloon - they must be thrilled). As the place has 33 rooms, this is clearly not enough (in May) - what's it like during the high season? 2) No laundry service. When I asked where the laundry was, I was informed there isn't one and I have the right to "go to any public laundromat in the city". Gee, thanks. Would it kill them to partner with a laundry service to collect/deliver for their guests? 3) PILLOWS Positively the WORST "pillows" I have tried to sleep on in the last 10 years - any that's saying something. Their garbage is of the balloon variety, forcing me to sleep with a bent neck all night and the resultant pain all the next day. On that very next day, I was forced to go to Zara downtown and pay 50 bucks for a real pillow that felt like I had died and gone to heaven the next night and for the rest of my stay. 4) This is a personal beef about all these "apart-hotels"; No Toaster - I want toast in the morning.
