The hotel is pretty new, very clean. The room was lovely, the bathroom wonderful with a great shower. The downside is no breakfast, only one cart to bring luggage in and out,only one ice machine on lowest floor and no real restaurant. The casino was nice but only two tables open on a Monday evening.

Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up to check us in. Made me late for an event. River view was nice but window was very dirty. Food choices were limited but the food itself was good

Bottle water bath

Everything was good at first but then when I was in the shower the water cut completely off while having my face covered in soap. Had to use water bottles to rinse off. Went and told front desk about the situation. They did come quickly to look at the problem. They didn’t have another room to offer except for another hotel room that was across the street. We just decided to ride it out. All we got was a sorry. I figured they would’ve offered a free night stay or discount or something. Usually kindness wins but not this time! Lol. Guess I should’ve went crazy on them.

It was at a casino and for what the hotel/ casino had to offer it was way to expensive plus all they had to offer was basically bar food and speaking of bars I asked for a bourbon neat and the girl told me I couldn’t do shots in there someone needs to educate their bartenders

The beds were uncomfortable but clean. The payouts weren’t great with the games. There is nothing to do in the area other than the casino. The casino’s atmosphere was great and staff was friendly. Room were clean and spacious. Although our view was the roof and ac unit.

Not so good experience this time.

I have visited this place before the new facility so i know what it was like before. I was expecting new and clean considering it’s new. Not the case!!! The hotel floors were not clean. Sticky and made your socks black. I could not manage to find any decaffeinated coffee in the whole place and we stayed 2 days. They also wouldn’t let me take my decaffeinated sweet tea on the casino floor. No outside drinks allowed. However, they only offer carbonated drinks and water on the casino floor. Therefore, i am only offered water if i chose to play. I don’t mind water but i would like a switch up while on vacation. So, i didn’t play and spend any money in the casino while i was there. There also was a casino employee who asked me to delete my pictures of the casino because they weren’t allowed. I wasn’t even gambling, just going to the restroom. I didn’t see a sign saying no pictures so I didn’t delete them. At this point you need all the positive reviews you get. I didn’t delete my pics or leave a good review. We won’t be back!

Fun casino, hotel has some growing pains.

The circuit popped in the bathroom causing us to lose lights there, and the front half of the room. They then randomly turned on in the early morning hours. The heater started blowing cold air at midnight. When we brought it to the front desks attention in the morning. We were told sorry and we could’ve changed rooms. At midnight, after we had already been asleep.
