Cons: Something that you absolutely must know before staying here is that there are NO LIFT/ELEVATORs on the premises, and the staircases are very old-style and steep. My bed sat crooked and required me to sleep at an angle if I wanted no back pain in the morning. The shower drain smelled of sewage untilI ran the shower. Pros: The staff were very polite and helpful. You are centrally located and can easily walk to great food, convenience stores, museums, and many other sites

Dangerous really steep stairs. There was a customer woman who fell in stairs and broke her back and went to ambulance. There had been bugs before but not anymore. Hotel is in good location but there are better options around. Beds were ok. Bathroom is small.

Hotel Quentin was in a good location for walking. There are small steep steps to the entrance of the hotel and steep narrow winding steps to a lot of the rooms. There is no lift. The shower was integral to the toilet which made the tiled floor slippery. Rooms in need of an upgrade but sheets and bedding good. Staff were helpful.
