My flight was cancelled and I was easily able to book a room at the last minute. This was my 3rd stay during this particular trip. In my opinion, if you can afford it, it's the best option for a long layover at the airport in Mexico city.

Very convenient hotel inside Terminal 2 of the Mexico City International Airport. Even though it’s there, rooms are very quiet; they are also very clean and spacious. In the room’s TV you can see the timetable of the flights. The bed was very comfortable, would recommend! :)

Best location for connecting from T2 in MEX. Lo by and rooms are ample, clean, and comfortable (though not good for plane watchers). Staff was courteous and attentive but their computer systems crashed twice and check in process took almost an hour. Still, amongst airports in or around the airport, I find it to be a good choice.

The housekeeping and maintenance staff are absolutely the best! I stopped a member of the housekeeping staff in the hallway to ask for some assistance with the climate control in my room. Within 5 minutes there was a maintenance employee at my door with a heater for me. The lobby check in is a bit snobby. But overall everyone was professional and efficient. The facilities need some updating. One electrical outlet in my room wasn't fully attached to the wall and the minibar frig didn't really chill anything.

It was ridiculous they we arrived n about noon but were told we could not check in until 3pm. So I understand you cannot have your room assigned until 3pm but why not let us check in so we could go into the city and come back later In the day. We would have loved to explore Mexico City for part of the day but the hotel would not hold our bags etc. Their check-in policy is very odd. Oh and when we did come back at the “allowed “ hour of 3 pm there was a long line of about 25 guests!!! So ridiculous…. Ok everyone.. come back at 3 and stand in line!!

Had trouble with the reservation, Expedia called & they said they can fix it & was even charged an extra fee to fix it. Only to find out 30 mins later Expedia could not fix it and I had to rebook the reservation again. Terrible!

The place is really convenient for terminal 2, you can go walking right “outside” security or baggage claim. This will cut at least 20 min of going and 20 of going back, at least. The place is very nice, breakfast is great with a big amount of different plates, bread, fruts, etc. Staff at the morning was great. Only BIG, HUGE, problem is that if you arrive late night they are closing the day and instead of being their priority to assist you their priority is to go home, It would be nice if they could put some one in parallel of the next shift so they are not in hurry to leave. It took me 40 minutes to get to my room. Room is big, clean, floors are not of carpet so much more cleaner, beds are very comfortable, The bathroom also perfect, good quality towels, water pressure so good. This should be your best bet, just if you are arriving at night called them before or do not move from in front of them or you’ll be waiting…

Waisted time !

The hotel itself is very nice, and the food at the Italian restaurant was truly top-notch. However, I was extremely disappointed with the check-in experience. Despite having a confirmed reservation and showing it to the concierge, I had to wait two and a half hours to get my room. I had specifically booked it because I had a nine-hour layover, but due to the delay and needing to leave for an international flight 2.5 hours before departure, I barely got to use the room at all. The front desk staff was unhelpful and disorganized, which made the situation even more frustrating. It's unfortunate because while the accommodations and dining were excellent, the service left a lot to be desired.
