2/10
I would not recommend this hotel and this neighbourhood. It’s more like a Airbnb property. It’s located in a residential building at the level 2 with no lift in a very sketchy neighbourhood and the corridor is super dark (which I have to climb 2 flights of stairs with 5 big luggages, ground floor starts at level 0). The property has no air-conditioning, it’s unbearable in summer in Italy with temp of 30 degrees. We were given one fan to share only. The only advantage is super near the Seravalle outlet (6-8 minutes by car, not walkable by foot) and the host is super nice. Even the parking is free but with some many restriction. You can’t park at certain hours on Monday, Sunday and Tuesday.
I would suggest to stay some other city that’s nearer to the outlet or do a day trip from Milan or Genova.
