La ubicación del hotel es muy cómoda, ya que nos permitió conocer toda la zona colonial sin necesidad de utilizar transporte público o privado. (No llevamos automóvil). La atención del pesonal fue excelente, sobretodo me gustaría hacer mención de la amabilidad del guardia Teo. Nuestro vuelo llegó prácticamente de madrugada y llegamos alrededor de las 5 am al hotel. Teo nos recibió amablemente, nos permitió resguardar las maletas, tuvimos una charla muy amena e incluso nos preparó un delicioso café. De verdad, una increíbe manera de empezar a conocer este bonito país

Sin duda volvería a este hotel y lo recomendaría a otras personas. Fueron muy atento desde el momento que hice mi reserva hasta que me fui. Siempre contestaron mis preguntas antes de la llegada, el proceso de check in gue bastante fácil, Norca, la anfitriona, es muy amable y hospitalaria preguntando si necesitábamos algo más y ayudando en lo que pudiera. La habitación estaba muy limpia y en excelentes condiciones, las fotos realmente captan lo que se recibe al llegar, además, el desayuno estaba delicioso y me lo sirvieron con una sonrisa. Es fácil llegar al hotel y desde ahí se puede explorar la zona colonial muy fácilmente caminando, tiene una excelente ubicación, incluso puedes ver el mar desde el parque que está en frente. Lo que más me gustó es que me hicieron sentir bienvenida en todo momento y la paz que hay en ese lugar.
