Nice staff. Food was great. The view is stunning. Close to the water taxis and many great places around to eat as well. I highly suggest to ask how the Sargassum is before staying here as the smell was unbareable in the mornings when they are cleaning it from the ocean. The onsite spa was fantastic.

Great little spot in paradise

Nice, quiet location, easy beach walk to the heart of San Pedro. Friendly staff and beautiful water views made the stay. The rooms are a little dated, but very clean and the mattress on our king was very comfortable. The restaurant and bar had great food and drinks and exceptionally awesome staff. We will definitely return.

Loved Caribbean Villas

This is a funky beach hotel. Don't expect the Ritz and you won't be disappointed. The location was awesome and the ambience was great. We loved that they had free coffee down in the restaurant/bar. The open air restaurant/bar was really nice. We could probably have eaten there every day and been perfectly happy, but we tried to eat around town. FYI Blue Water Grill, Ramones, and Caramba were all really good.

We love how we were greeted, our bag was carried to our room, the staff explained everything to us about the hotel: where to find water, the housekeeping schedule, and hours for the pool and the restaurant. By the way, the restaurant is as good or better than anywhere on the island. Outstanding food, staff, and ambiance.

Beach bar/restaurant was nice. Locals and guests were there so you get a good feel for Ambergris Caye. Was there during storm Sara so couldn't really get a feel for the beach and pier but I would guess it would look fabulous under the sun. Staff helpful and friendly.

The complex had a peaceful ambiance with well maintained rooms, beach, pools and grounds. The large palapa had the feel of the corner pub with a bar and restaurant where coffee was waiting at 6 am. We arrived in time to watch one of the semi-finals for the Super Bowl with neighbors in attendance. Whether it was the front desk, grounds maintenance, security or the palapas staff everyone was friendly and helpful. Our villa was comfortable with a kitchen, sitting area, king size bed and front deck.
