What a great way to kick off our anniversary trip with a fantastic, romantic stay at hotel 56 in Bordeaux. Close to both the Gare St Jean and the waterfront promenade it is a very convenient location for travellers. Super clean. Very quiet. Amazing staff. Everyone took great care of us and ensured our stay was a pleasant one.

Very clean and comfortable. The location is not very convenient for food, but 10 minutes from train station. We can only have dinner in the restaurant of hotel. The food is not exceptional for me personally. I had higher expectations, to be honest, especially for breakfast. Still a great hotel to stay compared with Ibis which is closer to train station but much lower quality at similar prices after adding breakfast and free cancellation. Just tiny reminder that some rooms might have a 2nd door interior linked to the neighbor room even though it’s locked, but if this bothers you, it might be worth checking before booking the rooms. Besides, it seems to me that the sound proof is not the best. We can easily hear the noise when cars passing by, but maybe it’s normal for a room with balcony.

Buona struttura, anche se in una zona non centrale e non - almeno apparentemente - molto sicura. L'esperienza del check-in è stata la peggiore della mia vita, considerando che parliamo di un hotel 4*. Doppio addebito sulla carta di credito e, nonostante questo, la receptionist, supportata dal suo responsabile, non voleva darmi la chiave. Adesso sarò costretto a chiedere all'istituto bancario lo storno dell'operazione.

Très bien Juste l’accès avec le parking et le prix un peu élevé pour le service car obliger de récupéré un bip a l’accueil de l’hôtel et retour de clé après chaque entrée et sortie pour 25 euro Ainsi que la vue un peu gâcher car sur les photos il n’y avais pas un bâtiment gâchant la vue car les photos ont dû être prise avant Mais aujourd’hui non compris dans le tarif Dans le global très content du personnel et propreté Juste bémol le parking et la chambre avec vue sur la Garonne avec des photo prise avant la construction du bâtiment ce qui ne correspond pas au prix

Accueil très sympathique et souriant, merci à tout le personnel. Chambre impeccable, literie et oreillers parfaits. Dîner savoureux, petit déjeuner copieux et varié, oeufs brouillés cuits à la perfection. Emplacement à 5 mn à pied de la gare Saint Jean. Une très agréable surprise, un séjour trop court parce que c'était pour le travail, la prochaine fois, ce sera pour le loisir.
