What a find! Such a lovely hotel- the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more welcoming. The breakfasts were amazing and everything was of the highest quality and such a variety of dishes all freshly prepared to order. It was so conveniently situated for walking into the city centre. It is always a pleasure to stay at this hotel, the interior is truly unique. I have stayed at many quality hotels in Edinburgh, but this one, is without a doubt, my favourite. Great rooms, comfortable beds, powerful showers and luxurious bath tubs. Easy on street parking. The breakfast is out of this world and must be one of the best in Britain. However best of all are the wonderful staff who are so welcoming and helpful.

My 3 might stay at 24 Royal Terrace was a trip highlight. The room was very comfortable, spacious and (most importantly) exceptionally clean. The property as a whole had a lovely character, with unique artworks on all of the walls. Staff were very welcoming and helpful providing good directions and suggestions. Wouldn't consider staying elsewhere on any future trips to Edinburgh.
