Nice - memorable stay!

Just returned from an 8-night stay and honestly, this hotel exceeded expectations. The location is ideal right by the beach with stunning sea views and easy access to local attractions in Konyaaltı. Rooms were modern, spacious, and very clean. Housekeeping was spot on every day. The buffet had a great variety, catering for different tastes from Turkish favourites to international dishes, and always fresh. Snack bars and patisserie were a nice touch too. Staff were friendly and attentive, especially at reception and the restaurant. They always made an effort to accommodate requests and were great with kids. One downside: the pool area is small for the size of the hotel. Even though there are two pools, both get very crowded during peak hours. It was often hard to find a spot to sit or swim comfortably.... more space or a better layout would help handle the number of guests. Overall, a brilliant stay n a perfect mix of relaxation, location, and service. Would definitely return.

Brilliant customer service from Ali from Guest Relations. He helped achieve our ideal honeymoon with lots of special treatment. The room decorations were amazing, we were surprised with flowers upon entry and had a beautiful sea view. If we had any questions, Ali was always available to help. Excellent hotel, with amazing view over the sea from room. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant buffet was varied and delicious. Cocktails were lovely and made properly and nice atmosphere overall. Would like to return during summer when the outdoor areas are open. Nice touch to get a present of a keyring and tote bag before departure :-)
