The condition of the hotel is excellent as it just opened months ago. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t the best, it could be as they are still training staff, I expected better for 5 stars. There is a loud nightclub downstairs across the road which we could hear at night until late. The bed was comfy and the buffet breakfast was nice.

Room for Improvement in Housekeeping at a Hotel

Unfortunately, I feel I must leave a critical review. On the second day of our stay, my room was not made up. After I called to request service, they only changed the bed linens, failing to replenish the towels and leaving the trash in the bin untouched. I then had to call again to ask for towels. However, they only brought bath towels and did not replace the used face towels. I have to say the service was not thorough. Perhaps because this is a new hotel, the housekeeping procedures or staff training are not yet fully established. I sincerely hope to see improvements in the future, as the hotel itself is new and has great potential.
