Great hotel overall! Very clean and modern, breakfast was really good, and there is complimentary coffee and croissants in the hotel lobby at all times. The city center is easily accessible using public transport, and a taxi/uber ride is really quick as well.

I enjoyed my stay. Property was quiet and safe. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Not a busy area but big shopping mall near by full of restaurants and stores. My only complaint was I had lukewarm water to shower. Other than that I would definitely recommend if you need a simple and affordable place to stay.

Clean and cozy rooms, excellent breakfast, and a 24-hour coffee and hot chocolate machine—perfect for the cold weather. Convenient location near transport, Madrid city center, and the Islazul outlet for shopping. Highly recommended!
