Playroom needs a renew. Room service was good!

I would like to highlight that the playroom is very unpleasant. It could have new toys and a better infrastructure to entertain the children. Toys were all broken, missing parts and etc. my daughter didn't want to stay there for more than 3 minutes. Thepositive highlight was the filet mignon sandwich that we ordered in our room. It was delicious and well served.

O checkin foi um pouco conturbado, pois houve um problema com pagamento de alguns membros de uma delegação de um time e os funcionários da recepção estavam um pouco "assoberbados" e houve uma demora de mais de 30 minutos para eu conseguir pegar o card do apartamento. O que salvou essa situação foi uma moça muito simpática (acredito ser governanta) que me ajudou a levar o meu bolo e salgados para o meu apartamento.
