I asked to leave my luggage until tomorrow as I was going to an onsen hotel for a night and they said you can only leave suitcases for the day. On their website it says you can leave suitcases after checking out it didn't say no overnight! Staff were friendly however they all speak very little English. The hotel is rather pricey but it feels like any normal business hotel in Japan.

Location is fantastic.

The location is fantastic. Direct link to the tenjin subway station. Lots of shopping and eating options available nearby. The bed is comfortable. Room size is reasonable. The hotel lobby is set at highest 19th floor. The rooms level is between 10th to 18th. There isn’t a direct lift to go from room level to level 1 or basement subway link. Guests have to go from their room level to 19th floor, change to another lift to go down to level 1 or basement. This is rather inconvenient for daily up n down. Especially with luggage. Believed there are better ways to handle security issues.
