It’s hot my heart.

Completely beautiful. Everything is perfect, the atmosphere, the delicacy, the lighting, the artwork, the music, the service. Rumi, Kenji and other members of staff are so so friendly. They made me feel like I was in a home away from home. Whilst also having a completely unique experience. The private hot spring bath outdoors at the back of the hotel is out of this world. So dreamy. Beppu is an incredible space and city to be in and staying here just made it so much more special.

禁煙の部屋やホテルなのですが、長年の染みついた煙草臭が壁面や廊下から漂っていて、匂いに敏感な人は大変苦しいと思います。一泊だけなので大丈夫でしたが、壁紙取って、オゾン洗浄しないとだめなレベルと思います。

このホテルはおすすめしません。 フロントのサービスレベルは低く、例えば、1階に電子レンジがあるが、外国製品のようで、ワット数の表示がなくhightとlowしかない。あたため時間がかわるので、フロントに、ワット数を伺うが、「把握してません」の一言で終わり。いや、調べてよ、とお願いしても音沙汰なし。その後顔を会わせてもなにもなし。まあ仕方ないかと部屋につくと、お部屋はまあ普通。HPをみた時点ではリノベーションしてるのかな、と思ったが、部屋自体は古い。そして、手を洗おうと洗面所にいくと、シンクのところに髪の毛がつまってる…。掃除してないのかな。九州も大分も大好きだけど、このホテルは二度と利用しません。

3時半にチェックインしようとしたにも関わらず、既に駐車場8台は満車。早い者勝ちはいかがなものか。近隣に移動したが、場所が分かりづらかった。 良い点はたくさんあった。ルームキーがカードレスで便利。何といっても温泉が素晴らしかった。とろみがあるお湯で、肌がツルツルに。 駐車場と女性スタッフの愛想のなさ以外は、コスパの良いホテルだと思う。又利用します。

大分駅の近くで交通便が良い場所。スタッフさんは皆さん親切でした。施設は古めでしたが、掃除はきちんとしてありました。 食事は全て外に出たからわかりません。 14階の温泉に朝入りましたが、かなりのぬる湯でした。トロントロンのいい泉質だったから、雨の日で少し肌寒い5月だったから、温度がもう少し高めなら最高でしたが、ちょっと残念です。
