This is a great place to stay! Our room was large, unique, and very comfortable. Everything is new and remodeled. The staff are very friendly and this is reasonably priced. We loved this Inn! Restaurant and bar were great too, very convenient and a fun vibe. Food was great!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. What a pleasant surprise. If you are driving through Kansas and need a stop for the night, this is your place. The set up of the motel is perfect! The restaurant and patio is very nice. Good food, nice cocktails and great prices. Very nice staff. We have stayed in dozens of road motels and this one beats them all!

You must stay at the Prarie Rose Inn if you are passing through or visiting western Kansas. It is brand new, but furnished and decorated to reflect various aspects of Kansas history. Each of the 16 rooms has a historical name and has every amenity possible. There is a breakfast restaurant and a bar and grill. Also a gorgeous RV park in back. Do not overlook the Prarie Rose Inn!

Hidden gem

This is a hidden gem. Friendly, spacious, clean. It is more like a little resort. There is a big bar and restaurant filled with guests and local people as well. The bar area is separated with a barn style door from rooms. Would definitely recommend!

This is not how businesses are supposed to operate

I checked into this hotel with 5 family members. When we entered the room my son noticed a large 3 inch gap in the bathroom door. It’s a hanging barn style door for the bathroom. This gives a direct view of however is on the toilet to everyone in the common area. I contacted the host with no resolution. I contacted hotels.com with no resolution. I wound up booking a different hotel right down the road and left. After asking for a refund from Prarie Inn and Hotels.com I was told no. I will never use this hotel or hotels.com again

I was kind of disappointed. I didn't know that the room I chose was right next to the lounge and my window was the backside of the outside patio, so I heard the partying all night. I also wasnt aware that on Wednesdays that the restaurant serves only a limited menu. Limited.. salads, hamburger or cheeseburger, beef hot plate. If I known, I would have stopped somewhere else and got dinner.

Great place!!

I would recommend staying here in a heartbeat! Our room was fantastic. Very cozy, clean and comfy. The bed was very comfortable with just the right amount of covers and good pillows. The decor made me feel at home (one of the reasons I picked the Ranch room). The shower was nice and hot. There's no coffee machine in this room, but they have the nicest coffee bar and cafe that opens at 7am with specialty coffees and good food. Was a great stay even if it was just a quick over nighter. Very well priced for everything! If we're this way again, we will definitely stay here!!
