Liked that it was a cheap Uber ride to medical and shopping. Staff was excellent. Didn't like that they didn't supply wash cloths to just wash your face. I get why they don't as people steal them but it would be nice to have them.

The check in was terrible, you have to scan a QR code and do everything yourself, but you can only do it once you reach the counter, meanwhile, you watch all sorts people mostly struggling with it because there are lots of spaces to fill. I did everything while trying to keep a 2yo from running away and carrying 3 pieces of luggage without help from the staff. I finally arrived to the room only to find out that they made a mistake and sent me to the wrong type of room and had to go back down and wait in line to fix the problem.

Problemas con Desayuno incluido

Este año volvi a hacer reservacion en este hotel porque me quedaba cerca de donde iba a estar e incluia desayuno, el problema fue al llegar a hacer el check-in y me reciben diciendome que si yo habia leido las politicas porque el desayuno de mis hijos no estaban considerados en mi reservación, que como yo habia reservado por expedia ahi lo dice en sus politicas a lo cual yo le dije al señor de recepcion que yo no habia hecho mi reserva en expedia, si no que por hoteles.com. me dijo que eso no lo controlan ellos y que me cobraria el desayuno en caso de querer desayunar ahi, yo le comente que en mi hoja no decia nada de eso y que yo habia puesto para dos adultos y dos menores y que todos incluian desayuno. para no hacer mas largo no me resolvieron nada en la noche que llegue y me subi molesto a mi cuarto, en la mañana siguiente baje y a la señorita que estaba en recepcion le comente el caso y me dijo que no habia ningun problema que mis desayunos si estaban incluidos en mi reservacion desde un inicio. el caso es que justo el año pasado tuve un problema en recepcion porque solo me daban dos toallas para el baño para adultos y como los niños son cortesia no incluyen toallas, y que debia pagar por dos toallas extras, cosa que antes no me habia pasado en ese hotel, si fue muy molesto llegar cansado del viaje y todavia tener problemas en la reservacion y que no me resolvieran nada hasta el otro dia.
