Fantastic stay near the Brazilian falls.

I was planning for one day drop at Brazil side of the falls. Ended up booking this place. I checked in very late, the staff here was very helpful to accommodate my late checkout. The property is by far an amazing place with high quality. Clean environment and luxury accommodation and restaurants. I will definitely will visit this place again and strongly recommend this location.

O hotel não é ruim, só acho que não se classifica com um 5 estrelas. A recepção do hotel é falha e não nos deu todas as informações necessárias. O quarto estava fedendo mofo e o banheiro tinha uma janela falsa. Torneira pingando, como o hotel estava lotado, não limparam o nosso quarto. Tivemos que pedir a limpeza já à noite…não havia edredom no quarto e depois levaram um “forro de cama” para nós. O Hotel está em obras e tem barulho. Não volto mais.

Chegamos para o check-in às 14h, como estava informado, mas só conseguimos receber o quarto depois de 1h30 de espera. Como havia uma pessoa em cadeira de rodas em nosso grupo, esperávamos que o processo fosse mais rápido, mas infelizmente demorou bastante, o que não nos deixou com uma boa impressão. Mais tarde percebemos que este hotel funciona como se fosse um condomínio, com casas independentes, e talvez por isso a limpeza e a organização levem mais tempo. Provavelmente esse foi o motivo da demora. Recomendo este hotel para quem gosta de contato com a natureza, mas para aqueles que se incomodam com insetos ocasionais, talvez seja melhor escolher uma opção no centro da cidade. Há um campo de golfe e toda a proposta é bem ecológica. No geral, foi uma boa estadia.

Ótima experiência

A hospedagem foi muito boa. Comida é de boa qualidade e o quarto espetacular. Os recreadores sabem interagir muito bem com as crianças e prendem a atenção deles durante as programações. Único problema é a piscina não ser aquecida ou, pelo menos, ter um sistema que permita oa utilização sem ser tão gelada.

Local agradável, com muita área verde, bom atendimento, boas acomodações. O ponto que poderia ser melhorado é mais opção de lazer para o período de inverno ou dias chuvosos. Outro aspecto que merece ser mencionado é quanto aos preços das comidas e bebidas. São bastante elevados, pratos simples com custo elevado, assim como um simples suco, água ou refrigerante, que poderiam ter um custo mais razoável, permitindo o consumo regular e diário pelo hóspede, sem que este tenha que sair do hotel para buscar produtos mais acessíveis.

Razoável para bom . O hotel é charmoso por causa do campo de golfe . Porém os serviços oferecidos para um Resort dessa categoria fiquem abaixo do esperado . Comida mediana , restaurante com cadeiras balançando , comida ok mas nada demais . Faltam opcoes para a noite , o bar é pequeno e super desanimado .
