Beautiful Beautiful Great and Respectful Staff Lots of ATMs, Restaurants and Convenience Stores Nearby. Walking Distance to Independence Palace, War Remnants Museum, Saigon Opera House, and Cathedral. We didn’t spent much for taxi while staying here. Their Spa is the best I ever had in my life. Seriously. Must Try! Big,Spacious and Modern Rooms.

The owner is very nice and accommodating. He sent us recommendations and all. The place was clean with complete toiletries, utensils and cooking equipment. If you’re looking for quick meals, there are convenience stores, street stall vendors near the apartment; there’s even a pharmacy in case of emergencies. The place is also accessible for grab drivers and grab. Highly recommend this place.

Big scam : the room is not in Landmark 81, it’s beside (Landmark 1) The flat is not like the pictures, it’s tinier and dirty. There was no swimming pool, despite the pics in the announce. There was 2 keys, 1 didn’t work We could not sleep because of the construction noise in the building. Very bad experience.

There is no front desk to check in and no attendance to assist. The room is dirty, customer is horrible. They chat with you through WhatsApp and when you needs or complaints they went radio silence. The room look out to a dumb instead of what show in the website.
