The staff were very helpful, the room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The only slight downside was that the towels were replaced when I hung them up for reuse and the AC was left on by the cleaner all day when I'd switched it off when I left the room which goes against their eco friendly mission.

This is a great option, although there are no many, if you want to stay at the east side of the city, in one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in Santiago called La Dehesa. The hotel is right across a nice shopping mall and with great access to a highway that cross Santiago from east to west. We did a day trip to a ski resort to enjoy the mountains and the great views. We also did a day trip to the beach. In short, if you are planing to move around La Dehesa or the east side of Las Condes, this hotel is a very good alternative. My only concern is that AC in the room was not working properly, not cooling enough. Few days were very hot in Santiago and the room at night was a little bit hot.

Las fotos en su página web deben ser de hace una década, porque la realidad es otra muy distinta: las instalaciones se sienten viejas y descuidadas. El colchón era un castigo para la espalda y el ruido constante de la calle y de otras habitaciones hizo imposible descansar adecuadamente. El servicio fue igualmente mediocre. El personal de recepción parecía desinteresado y poco dispuesto a ayudar con preguntas sencillas. Tuvimos que esperar una eternidad para el check-in y cuando solicitamos toallas adicionales, nos respondieron con un encogimiento de hombros. El desayuno, incluido en la tarifa, era escaso y de baja calidad. Productos baratos y sin variedad Francamente, este hotel tiene un precio que no se corresponde en absoluto con la calidad de la experiencia que ofrece. Hay opciones mucho mejores en la zona. No lo recomiendo a nadie que busque comodidad, limpieza o un buen servicio. ¡Evítenlo!"

Pouca infra turistica

Estadia otima, porem, nao tem uma infraestrutura turistica bacana, quero dizer, para fazer qualquer passeio, tinhamos que nos locomover para outro hotel para pegar excursao. Nenhuma atividade saia direto do hotel. E os locais mais proximos de saida era no centro, um uber ate la custava em torno de 20,00 dolares (20 000 pesos chilenos)

Located near the road to the ski resorts and across the street from a nice shopping mall. The area is very nice, upscale, safe and a bit sterile compared to older Santiago where I usually stay. Hotel rooms are clean and well decorated. The breakfast was mediocre - and no good coffee options (I think important for many people). Hate to complain but …there is a machine with a touch screen that makes pretty bad coffee. Coffee pod machine in the room but I could not get mine to work.
