Short (6-hour) layover between flights. Were given the ‘handicapped room’.
It wasn’t needed, but, that was what we were given.
Not close to ADA specs. No turn-around area in room, only bathroom. No room for transfer from chair to bed, if needed. It was an all were bathroom, but the flooring was same as rest of flooring and extremely slippery when wet, and pretty much everything gets wet during shower.
We only had a total of 5-1/2 hours for dining, shower and sleep before transfer to IS, and being next to the elevator and right off of reception was noisy.
Attached restaurant was much better than expected. It is a hold and warm type kitchen, but the outcome was quite pleasant.
Service was good.
