hotel room is comfy, with most of the essentials are available in the room. Theres even a water cooler to refill our waterbottle, thats a great initiative! location is great, easy access to major mall/attraction in the heart of KL. Vraiment déçu, je reviens sur mon avis de la dernière fois. Étant de grand habitués du Grand hyatt Kuala Lumpur qui est splendide, Nous étions venus à l’ouverture de celui ci car plus de places dans notre hôtel habituel et avons été super bien accueillis. Or aujourd’hui la donne a vraiment complètement changé. Personnel à l’accueil pas du tout sympas ni arrangeant, j’ai demandé à parlé à un responsable qui m’a carrément pris de haut . Je lui ai dit que c’était la dernière fois que je venais et il m a dit ok pas de problème avec un grand sourir! Qui se comporte comme cela avec ces clients! C’est une honte! Piscine toute petite sur le toit, honnêtement allez chez le grand de la chaîne vous comprendrez la différence au niveau du service et de la qualité des équipements, salle de détente, hammam , jacuzzi, sauna, tout cela accessible gratuitement alors qu’ici rien du tout et ils se permettent de traiter leur clients avec mépris!

J’y ai séjourné plusieurs fois lors de mes vacances en Malaisie et j’ai toujours été très satisfait. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, en plein centre comme son nom l’indique : moins de 15 minutes à pied des tours Petronas, de la tour Menara ou encore du quartier animé de Bukit Bintang. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, la piscine offre une magnifique vue, et les chambres sont modernes, propres et très bien équipées.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, muy cerca a Centro Comercial Torres Petronas y al metro. Con vista espectacular en su piscina infinita, a las Torres Petronas y grandes edificios. Desayuno muy completo y variado, super delicioso. Todo el personal muy amable. Lo único es que nos dieron una habitación en piso bajo y era muy oscura y fria. Es mejor tomar las habitaciones de pisos altos que deben ser mas claras y con temperatura ambiente.

All the staff I encountered were all very friendly, helpful and had suggestions for places to visit. Great new hotel. Rooms were spacious, well laid out and had great city views. I was lucky to get a view of Petronas Towers. Breakfast is on 19th floor with city views and Petronas Towers. Amazing selection of local as well as international cuisine. Post breakfast this is an Italian restaurant. There is a 24 hour gym. The open top pool is on the top floor as is the bar and is well laid out. Staff in the bar were accommodating and helpful. The ground floor has a restaurant too. All in all, a great new contemporary hotel which embraces the original sources of Malaysia, is very central, walking distance to KLCC Park, Petronas Towers, shopping malls and public transport.

ホテルスタッフはどこのセクションも笑顔で清々しい対応でとても親切です。朝のブュッフェはとても美味しく種類も豊富でした。21階のBARへ夜に行きましたが、正面にライトアップされたツインタワーが綺麗に見えて最高でした。ツインタワーまでは歩いて5分ほどで行けます。ベットもとても良かったです。交通のアクセスはMRの駅に近く、中心地ブキビンタンは隣の駅なので便利です。(ただ、帰りの空港に向かう時は駅で荷物を階段で上げなければならないところがあり、グラブをおすすめします。) 部屋の掃除だけはトイレの紙がなかったり、箪笥にほこりがあったり少し不備はあったものの 余りあるほどの快適さでした。お部屋のドリンクBARにはお土産で人気のBOHの紅茶やハーブティーがあり、試して見ることが出来ます。 スリッパやバスローブが可愛いらしく女性は嬉しいです。もし、また行くなら使いたいホテルです。
