Absolutely loved our stay at Okana! Spotlessly clean, fantastic rooms, and the new indoor water park was a blast. Our Easter break was great thanks to this gem. Beat the crowds and visit Okana Resort before summer peak season!

My boys had a great time! So much to do! However, I think they need to work on the pricing of food and drinks at the resort. There is no reason a water should cost $4. We're already paying $1,000 a night and the water is bought in bulk. I completely understand SOME mark up but a margarita shouldn't cost $16 either. There needs to be more trash cans people were just leaving trash lay in random places because theres not hardly any trash cans in the main area of the hotel.

The stay was great. My biggest complaints were the pricing of the food, there was not a microwave available or a washing machine. The parking garage attendant was not available when they were supposed to be therefore I ended up having to pay more than expected to park. I also didnt like that there were some kid slides that I couldnt help my toddler go down.

It was a nice stay. Even though check in isn't until 4p they let you use the waterpark beforehand and also after you check out. You do have to pay for overnight parking which i believe should be included with the resort fee. It's about $16. Everything is cashless also. The food was a little high and small portions at the Mexican restaurant. We did laser tag and that was fun. It was $10 per person. The workers were friendly and helpful. They also brought us extra shower towels up to our room. Millie at the front desk was awesome. The slides were all super fun! Overall it was a fun stay!

We decided to stay for the indoor Waterpark. Loved the fact that they don’t charge hotel guests extra to be able to use the waterpark. The resort is new so everything was very nice. Beds and pillows were amazing! Would like to know where they bought them for myself. Ate at the Mexican restaurant, food was very good and our server was amazing. She was on top of bringing refills recommending food items. Very friendly. I wish I could remember her name to give her a big shout out.

Nice walk up check in very easy to use. There was a small inconvenience with the pricing CSR was very understandable as to the problem and solved it quickly. Like the wristband idea for the room keys and entry to water park

It was amazing! The room was extremely clean with an extraordinary view. Everything was perfect! The room include water passes and they have plenty of water rides for teens and grown ups. Also, there is lazy river for relaxing. The restaurant named Jack Rabbit on site was delicious.

Besides the security for the children this place was great. A couple left a 2 month old bsby in a stroller unattended while they swam. Notified the pool lifeguards nothing was done about it . To me that was very unsafe and unprofessional to let a couple leave a baby at another pool just for them to swim alone baby free. Somone could have taken that poor baby .

The pools were cold and the staff just didn’t seem very experienced. Way over priced and food and drinks were mediocre.

Only issues were that the heat kept coming on in room making it hard to sleep. Arcade is way to expensive almost impossible to have fun for more than 10 minutes without spending 100’s of dollars. And noticed employees that were there to hang while off or haven’t got on shift yet kept hanging out at the indoor food getting in everyone’s way by goofing off at the front counters and getting lots of food for them and others not sure if it was paid for or not but noticed lots of people getting agitated by the teens hanging at the register while off duty or off.

Love the convenience of everything being inside, resort, restaurants, arcade and pool. There were free parking options close to the resort. Staff were friendly, most staff were knowledgeable about hours of operations of events happening and what the plans are for the furture of the resort, considering it just opened. The price was reasonable. The $200 room insurance when checking in blind sided me, but you do get it back. Overall, a great place to take your family or celebrate a special occasion!

The customer service was horrible and the ladies upfront were so rude and not helpful at all and the billing department service was so rude and hung up on me and then I got charged 194.00 extra and I don’t know for what after paying 469.00 for the room already

I realize it was only the 2nd day of operation with that said there was a several hr wait to check in i did appreciate the lady handing out temp waterpark bands. There was a good slection of food though i would say overpriced at best . System glitches charged my card 5 times that is not a easy fix. Im sure this will be a great place after all the kinks get worked out... but please lower the cost
