The staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel is very dated and in need of upgrades. The halls are narrow and the walls are very thin so it’s loud. Location is great though.

Although the building is old, the stay was perfect! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was also very clean. The huge front porch off of the boardwalk made up for not having a balcony. The pool area was also very clean and the tiki bar was nice. There was live music by the pool too!

We were extremely satisfied with our stay especially the upgrade from economy to standard room. Only wished we would have had one bed instead of two. Also was a little disappointed fruit was not available in the lobby as in years past. Also in all was a fantastic stay. Cannot wait until next year. It was great the staff was friendly the bed was extremely comfortable and so were the pillows. The rooms arent that big and don't come with a microwave. The pool was crystal clear as well can't beat those rocking chairs either. Great stay I'll definitely go back

We chose the smallest (budget-friendly) room and although it served it's purpose it was a bit cramped. It would have been nice if the tv was wall mounted opposite the bed instead of next to it. It was our 38th wedding anniversary and the people there were very kind and nice. Couldn't ask for better service. It's not a 5-star hotel and we didn't expect it to be. It was right on the beach, which we wanted. The room was small but comfortable. The shower worked great. The rooms were cleaned every day and they did a great job of cleaning the rooms. We would say there again.

Boutique style, updated old hotel, so a little cozy, narrow spaces. Location perfect, porch delightful, lobby charming. Good coffee. Pool is a nice bonus, unfortunate that some rude guests think it is not for sharing, commandeer most chairs and tables and assume everone will appreciate their music selection on Bluetooth speaker. Not hotel's fault. Restaurant below delicious. Beach clean and accessible.
