We absolutely loved our stay at this charming hotel so conveniently located at the gates of The Old City. The reception was quick and friendly, room spotless, breakfast for 9 Euros a piece well worth the money as it was abundant and delicious.

Clean and well located place in a quiet area close to things to see. Lovely staff. Ok breakfast, a bit expensive for the quality. Got a room in the basement which was a bit dark, the whole place felt a little bit more worn down than expected, but bathroom was new and bed comfortable. Would not pay a full/original price for this maybe, but got a giod offer and then it was very worth it.

What a BEAUTIFUL little hotel!!! Wow. Quite a find! They have a glass floor looking down into the dining room, very helpful staff, and a buffet breakfast for only 8 euro. I would highly recommend this hotel. :-)

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. Would 100% return, especially for the price and location. Only downside was rooms do not have curtains that keep the light out, so my blindfold came in handy. Traffic/outside noise did not wake me up until 7am and it was pretty quiet outside throughout the evening/night

The room was the size of a closet, could hardly open a suitcase. Not as represented on the hotel.com site. The air conditioning was not in service, the room smelled of cigarettes and a live roach, parking was a hike to a public parking with no security in site. Tuvimos un gran problema con cucarachas,que debe ser comun en esta epoca . Nos cambiaron en 4 ocasiones de habitacion. Pero no pudimos descansar con tranquilidad. El personal no pudo ser más amable, se preocuparon de que estuviéramos a gusto. No es problema de ellas. También pensamos que era un Hotel y es un Hostal, muy justo. El baño muy pequeño, no hay ni toallero. No una percha para colgar la toalla. Me pareció incómodo. La cama muy buena y todo muy limpio. Tuvimos esa mala pata, que nos dijeron que en el mes de julio suelen desinfectar. El desayuno fue fantastico.. Gracias a ellas. Pero en esas condiciones no se puede dar un buen servicio.
