Great hotel for 3-day stay

Juan Valdez cafe, convenience store (across the street), & Cruz Verde pharmacy all less than a minute walk away. Spratt Bight beach & boardwalk very close by - less than a 5 minute walk. Our room, with a balcony, was clean & modern with plenty of outlets. TV & fridge worked great. Bathroom shower with waterfall showerhead was very good. Beds were comfortable. The staff, from front desk to porter to front doorman were friendly and helpful, which was very welcoming. We arrived way before check-in & they accommodated us by storing our luggage. Airport was super close. Expect taxi prices between 20.000 - 30.000 COP (almost all the car interiors in poor condition).

The place is beautiful and modern. It is clean and in a great location. I give it three stars as the rooms do not have windows, they gave us only 2 towels when there was 4 of us. Shouldn’t need to ask if info can be seen in the reservation. Also, desk associate was mean and made us wait until 3pm to check in. She would let others get their room and said that ours was not available.

Aromatizador forte demais e muito barulho

O hotel é bem localizado, limpo, justo pelo que oferece. Mas se você tiver enxaqueca não fique lá, o aromatizador que eles usam é muito forte, quase sufocante todas as vezes que entrávamos, recusamos serviço de limpeza do quarto por conta disso. Além disso, o corredor faz um eco muito grande e o isolamento acústico dos quartos é péssimo, foram noites muito mal dormidas porque acordávamos todas as vezes que algum hóspede chegava falando alto no corredor, com criança chorando etc… Fora essas questões os funcionários são atenciosos, guardaram nossas malas após o checkout pois o nosso voo era só a noite e nos deixaram tomar um banho e trocar de roupa no fim do dia quando fomos buscar as malas.

Ótima localização para tudo e atendimento maravilhoso. A praia fica muito perto e é de tirar o fôlego. Têm ótimas opções de refeições nas proximidades, desde os restaurantes mais caros aos mais baratos. Voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel.

Experiência Incrível nesse Hotel muito bem localizado bem no centrinho de SAI. Staff educado com os Hóspedes e sempre prontos a ajudar e dar Informações. Ponto super positivo para essa Propriedade é a disponibilização (24 horas) de água e café para Hóspedes e Visitantes. Pena que não tenha Restaurante, mas para o Café da Manhã, existe uma Cafeteria ao lado do Hotel.

The hotel is nice and clean and well located. The staff are very attentive. We had a quadruple room and as taller forgeiners it would have been nice if the beds were queen rather than doubles.

Somente a funcionária da limpeza era simpática. Todas as atendentes da recepção muito rudes e sem cordialidade. A água do chuveiro é instável, variando muito de volume e temperatura, mas quando estabilizava, o banho era bom. Camas confortáveis, mas travesseiros ruins. Piso do hotel sempre molhado, pois não há onde secar os pés.

Eu fui sozinha, apenas 2 noites. Fiquei em quarto standard que me atendeu muito bem. O único porém é que o quarto não tem janela, mas tinha ar condicionado. Cama e lençóis confortáveis. Fica muito bem localizado, uma rua atrás da melhor praia. O hotel não serve café da manhã, mas na recepção tem máquina 24h que fica disponível gratuitamente água, café e chá. Muitos restaurantes, lojas e cafeterias na proximidade. uber não funciona na cidade. paguei 23000 pesos colombianos do táxi até hotel.
