Hotel was infested with roaches and bugs. Transients kept harassing us the entire stay by asking us a bunch of personal questions and waiting outside our room for hours. The hotel manager has a terrible attitude and is incredibly greedy. Police are constantly visiting and tenants are constantly complaining about the manager stealing their money by abusing hotels.coms refund policy.

We felt very unsafe, the shower was covered with hair, the door handles dont work properly the light switches were filthy, the toilet wasnt cleaned and i could go on and on, we didnt stay ended up checking out and finding a different hotel. The guy at the front dest was very nice though.

Satisfactory for my needs. Would not recommend for families. Required daily visits to office to have new door access card made; for some reason it cancels every 24 hours. Bare necessities. Chair was dirty. Desk chair was ripped in several parts. Door handle was coming off the door. Minimal lighting in room. Light over sink didn't work. Lots of people "living" there for various reasons. Pool was filled in with rock and dirt.
