The room is clean, spacious and well equipped. The hotline respond promptly and do extra step to help and support. There is no services for temporary storage of your luggage on site, you would have to take them along with you or locate other lockers after checkout.

This apartment is absolutely incredible. We’ve been on a whirlwind tour of Spain, stopping in 10 cities, and while we have enjoyed each of our accommodations, U-Sense Granada was our favorite. The location and customer service were fantastic. It is located across the street from the cathedral, is walking distance to Alhambra (and every thing else we wanted to visit), and is situated above one of the most popular gelato shops in the city (it was our final stop each night). The location on Gran Via is just so charming. I couldn’t get enough of the view of the tree-lined street. In addition, the apartment was clean and the customer service was unmatched. Replies to any questions we had on WhatsApp were essentially instant. The set up was perfect for our family of 4, including a teenage son and daughter. The twin beds were able to be easily separated for them (of course we pushed them back together before checking out). The living area was small, but we rarely hung out there. While it wasn’t completely silent at night, being right on Gran Via, the noise truly was minimal. If we thought about it, we could hear it, but if we weren’t, it felt like slight white noise and didn’t bother us a bit. All in all, we truly loved our stay and would return without a second thought.

We had a very lovely stay. The apartment was very clean and tastefully designed- loved the space and the interiors. Even though it is located in a very central location, the soundproofing was done very well and we can't really hear the outside world once the windows were shut. Also management was very quick to respond and remote check-in was done super smoothly. Very comfortable and lovely stay and we highly recommend this charming apartment!

Because the room was facing a side that didn't get much sunlight, the room was always dark even with the all the lights on. The male staff who helped us check out was friendly and kind, but the other male staff was rude and cold. When we asked for help with opening the room with the digital key, a tall man stopped over right away. This staff didn't say a word and answer any of our questions and maintained a sarcastic, angry demeanor. After showing us a simulation of how to open the door with the key, he left without saying any word, he seemed somewhat angry. I felt embarrassed and somewhat offended by his attitude.

My wife, two young kids and mother-in-law stayed in the premium two bedroom apartment, and we were just blown away by this property. It’s spacious, clean, and stylishly designed. Every part of the apartment is well-laid out. Too bad it was only a one night stay— probably would have booked it for longer had I known how nice it was going to be.

The place is spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable, well equipped with a fridge, microwave, washer, dish washer, plates, glasses and utensils. They provide detergent for the dishes. The beds are very comfortable. The view is amazing. It is conveniently located in the heart of Granada, right behind the Royal Cathedral so you won’t miss anything. There is a bus stop right outside.

Very difficult check-in - Poor communication

Apartment was nice - spotlessly clean, in great location but experience marred by poor check in. Didn’t receive check-in information 48 hours before as advised, chased them the day before arrival, and family was standing in blazing heat on arrival trying to speak to company as still no checkin details. Very poor - and Hotels.com couldn’t get hold of them either - so shouldn’t really be on platform. I was offered £25 of points as compensation but that hasn’t been applied either. So nice apartment, just shame about hours of hassle to get in and then get answers after!!
