This hotel was so beautiful and comfortable. When we entered our room, the decor and set up were so inviting. The beds were extremely comfortable and the showers had great water pressure. It was way more than we expected. Also the breakfast that was included was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

We checked in unknowing they had no power what so ever. We were so uneasy that we never even slept because there was no fire alarm working no lights working or no water.. we had to bring our bags up to the forth floor in the stair well that was in total total darkness very unsafe and uncomfortable stay.. I think we should get a refund on our stay..

The service was excellent (particularly from Ivan on reception who was exceptional). Everything good except thermostat in my room not working and they couldnt fix it during my stay, but they gave me extra blanket. Also housekeeping hadnt refilled my soap. Othewise would be a 5 star review - comfy bed, good tv channels, excellent service otherwise.
