Lovely property. Excellent swim up rooms and clean hotel with good selection of drinks. Our only honest criticism would be the quality of buffet food and range of Greek food which was lacking. The kids pool is substandard and not to the same quality as the pools and facilities elsewhere. Other than that, we had a lovely time and would still return.

The hotel was very clean and well appointed. Freshly stocked mini bar everyday & the staff were very friendly and attentive, always smiling. They gave the impression that they were as happy to be there as us. Very good choice of freshly cooked food in the buffet and the a la carte restaurants were excellent. Clean pool areas and its own private beach with plenty of sunbeds and parasols & that was cleaned each day and that had a lifeguard too.

I had a mixed stay for our honeymoon, I found all the dinner and service staff really lovely and the cleaners were really good, however there is a massive negative which really ruined our stay, the air conditioning which was advertised was set to heat mode for the first 5 days of our trip… despite complaining each day and being told it will be fixed tomorrow… it was not changed to cooling mode for 5 days, this really effected our sleep as it was so hot in our roo, they would not move us to a different room and just told us to put up with it… really disappointed by this otherwise I feel it would of been a lovely stay… Complained afterwards and was not offered any kind of compensation or refund on the stay. Also the area around is not that great I would recommend staying somewhere near chanai.

Beautifully newly renovated resort; mixing Cretan and modern features. Vegetation and individual gardens make the resort look really beautiful. Well trained, friendly and amiable staff. The BBQ, pizza , fruits, waffles/crepes/pastries corner are all very good. Pool, beach and main bars offer a great varieties of beverage and the cocktails are professionally prepared! A well deserved 5* resort.

Beautiful views and what an awesome sunset!!! The beach area was well taken care off. The sea was magnificent with unbelievable shades of blue colors. We were impressed with the amazing landscape of the facility. The abundance of growing fresh herbs such as mint, blooming sage, rosemary, mixed with summer flowers such as colorful lantana bushes and other perennials and plants. The staff were always helpful and kind. Service in the restaurants was great! Enjoyed the variety of olive oils fussed with herbs and the availability of different dried herbs in the restaurant. My favorite is was definitely the oregano!!! The patio entertainment in the evenings was nice. Our suggestion for improvement is for the health of people who don’t smoke the patio is separated to smoking and nonsmoking areas.

Hotel and the hotel area are very beautifull. Main restaurant have not been renovated yet so it is in original condition. There was no pictures in advance of the restaurant so this was a shock. Other restaurants were beautiful and peacefull, but impossible to reach. We tried reservations on our first day, but it was too late. Also the fitness area was on the beach in the description, but IRL it was in the old tenniscourt and open only few hours per day. So that was disappointing. Overall, hotel is very beatiful, beds are comfortable, rooms are quiet and the food is ok. Service is not so friendly neither quick. We had a very nice vacation here in late October and the weather was very good. I would rate hotel area 5 star (exluding main restaurant 1 star), service and food 3 star. I would go back when they renovate the main restaurant.

If you are looking for a 5 star hotel this is not the hotel for you. Very unprofessional, understaffed, and inefficient. They just don’t care … plain and simple. Rooms are not very clean … we found glass on the floor and yes you can tell how we found it !! By stepping on it. Restaurants are booked prior to guests checking in which is the weirdest thing I’ve heard or seen. We always go to all inclusive restaurants and they know how to manage their restaurants … not this one. We stayed 7 days and we weren’t able to book a dinner until we complained several times and got really frustrated. We weren’t able to eat at all of them still. This property is not well managed. We paid a lot of money and it’s not worth it at all. If you go with the expectation of a motel type service you will be happy but other than that this is not a 5 star hotel
