Really enjoyed our stay at the Vimsi Spa hotel. It was a very enjoyable experience. The only thing that could have made it better was to have a kettle in the room. Being English we like to make a cup of tea when returning to our room and relaxing.

The hotel and spa are great value for money. 27 euro per person to use the spa (18 area included) for the duration of the stay. Free large parking area also a big bonus. The room itself is nothing special but certainly does the job and is warm during the cold nights. A bit of noise in the bathroom from neighbouring bathrooms due to them being connected via the vents/pipes.

I really enjoyed the facilities at the hotel. The room was clean and well appointed. The reception and breakfast room were well decorated and welcoming. The stand out is the swimming pool, spa and Waterpark. All were of a very high standard and well maintained. The ritual saunas were excellent, with the Sauna. The only small criticism was the breakfast food, but I could always find something. We ate at the Black Rose pub and again the service and the food were good. There was a confusion over the check out day and Kristian and Alina were really helpful in resolving a mistake we made. I would recommend this hotel highly.

Spa osastolla olisin kaivannut edes jonkun nÀköistÀ valvontaa sÀÀntöjen noudattamisen suhteen. Lapset riehui, hyppi altaisiin, huusi ja kukaan ei puuttunut toimintaan. Hotellin pubin ravintolassa erittÀin hyvÀÀ asiakaspalvelua ja vielÀ maukasta ruokaa, suosittelen.

Olen aikaisemmin tykÀnnyt tosi paljon Viimsi spaasta, mutta nyt oli hieman erilainen kokemus. KylpylÀn puolella on edelleen hyvÀ valikoima saunoja yms. Huone oli huonossa kunnossa, ei nyt siisteyden osalta vaan kaikki oli hieman hajalla tai puutteellista. Tuli olo ettÀ oltiin motellissa eikÀ hotellissa. En muista, ettÀ viimeksi olisi ollut niin huonokuntoinen huone. EhkÀ 401 on vaan huonompi kun muut. KylpylÀn puolella oli myös huomattavissa, ettÀ kesÀllÀ on ollut paljon ihmisiÀ, siellÀ tÀÀllÀ jotain hajalla tai joku nappi ei toiminut. Hieman alkoi mietityttÀmÀÀn hinta/laatu suhde.. Muuten kylpylÀ on keskustan lÀhellÀ (taksilla pÀÀse helposti tai esim bussilla numero 1, L.Koidulta kadulta sataman lÀheltÀ. Lipun saat ostettu sataman automaatista, 1h= 2e)

Bra hotell. Rent og pent. Gratis parkering og tilgang til el bil ladder. For en rimelig penge fikk vi tilgang til badelandet som er tilknyttet hotellet. Perfekt nÄr du har to smÄ badeglade barn. Eneste som trekker ned er ikke airkondisjon pÄ rommet vÄrt og grei frokostbuffé, men syns at det ikke var sÄ mye utvalg sammenlignet med andre hotell.
