This is by far the best bang for your buck property. Convenient location but offset from the hustle and traffic if the area. Clean and staff was friendly. Will definitely keep this spot locked in on my next trip back home.

We only stayed one night while on our way to Branson, but the place was super clean, the staff was exceptional to stay longer to get us checked in. Even in speaking with the cleaning staff, I could see they value their job and do it well.

It was a good stay as far as the room is concerned. The noise policy is/was not enforced at all. There were kids and adults out on the fake lawn, loud as hell until 12 a.m.. The trash being dropped off on the 2nd floor in the middle of the build brings concerns about bugs. It already had flys nats and a horrible smell coming from there soon as you get off the elevator. If these things are addressed this will be a great place across the board

I found this "hotel" under a search limitation for "pet friendly" and "free breakfast". When we got there we learned they do not provide breakfast because they actually bill themselves more as an "apartment bldg" than a hotel. Them when we got in our room, the Internet was not accessible even when we followed the instructions. There was also some evidence in the building that it wasn't actually done being built. Painters tape on the baseboards and dirt and grass on the stairs.

Super nice and clean. The service was super friendly and helpful. Very impressed by the quality of the room. Love that the hot water was hot! Kitchen was super nice and came with everything we needed. The beds looked nice didn’t sleep that great. The towels are on the small side, really good head towels but not so good for drying off the body. Other than that excellence all around.
