Check in went super smoothly and the manager (?) was extremely helpful in giving my son and I recommendations for dinner. We stayed for my son's soccer game, which was located less than 3 miles down the road. Is this a plush high end hotel? No, but I did not expect it to be. Is this a clean affordable motel with a super convenient location and everything you need for a short stay? Yes, to the point my light socks had nothing on them from walking around in them which cannot be said about many places. The only cons we noticed were low shower pressure. The rooms are a tad dark, but we prefer it that way so we were glad for this. Would stay here again.

The bed and pillows are so nice and soft. Nice hardwood floors. Big bathroom. Nice cable tv and microwave. Wish it was cheaper in the summer but i understand summer is high season in Southampton.

Location was perfect, cleanliness not the best, there was a dried worm on the floor and the mirrors/surfaces weren’t too clean.

There is no reason for this hotel to be this dirty and tired. Great building with so much potential! I would absolutely not recommend this to anyone from low quality bed frame that made noise everytime one rolled over to dirty floors, paint worn off walls to yuck bathrooms to reluctance to let a traveler use the bathroom upon arrival and a very dirty bathroom at that! Honestly just terrible!!!

A bit dated but comfortable room. The first thing that I noticed was the exterme use of scented air "freshener." I don't know if someone thinks it smells good or they're covering up another odor. Recommend just cleaning well and drop the Fabreeze.
