Beautiful resort by the beach

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. We travelled with our 7mo baby and were upgraded to a beautiful suite with a private pool. The staff are all fantastic and genuinely happy and welcoming. The rooms are clean, big and bed is super comfortable. Breakfast is good and drinks in the bar are delicious. We also had a deep tissue couples massage in the spa which was fantastic. Would definitely come back. Walking distance to a few restaurants but if you are looking for a more lively location I wouldn’t stay here. 20m bus ride to Chania and Agia Marina.

There is something really weird, they have a picture of dead person at the reception with a very strong smelly candle burning all day long... and the other point that made me give a low rate is that they cannot put any infrastructure at the beach in front of the hotel because it is a protected area for turtles. It should be informed in advance about the protectec area for the guests that are making reservations.

We had our honeymoon here in Sept 24, we had the honeymoon suite which was very spacious and had a huge outside area with a hot tub and a great view of the sea all around, fantastic ! Breakfasts were really good and the food was superb as was the wine ! You can easily walk to the beach and there is a lot of restaurants and bars in walking distance. The Steak night is great and so is the Cretan dance night ! Lovely hotel with a spa and large infinity pool.

Lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly and our room was clean. The hotel complex was great-pools was big enough and there were enough sun lounges. The beach opposite wasn’t very nice and the direct surroundings weren’t either. Just a short walk away from a shop, restaurants and better beaches. Overall a great holiday.

Such a beautiful property- unlike any other. The front desk staff are also SO helpful and available all the time. The food is incredible and the views are the best! This is the only hotel in the area that I've ever actually returned to- it is the best one in Crete! If you have time to try the spa, I highly recommend that you do! Best facial ever. Once you experience The Cretan Dream, you won't want to stay anywhere else.

Anna in housekeeping was Ray of sunshine. The breakfast bufdet was simply amazing. I'm not even s breakfast person yet i would look forward to it everyday. Pool was amazing. Only negative would be the hundreds of tiny ants on the outdoor terrace of the room.

The best experience all around. The staff was extremely accommodating, super nice and they were on top of everything. Everything was very clean.. they don’t skip a beat. The spa was beautiful, amazing views and the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD. They made us feel so welcome and prioritized. Great job Petro! We will be coming back for sure !

Such an incredible resort with the most spectacular views and wonderful pools! The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We were given a tour of all ammenities and were even driven to our rooms in a golf cart! The mini market is priced like any street side store and is jam packed with anything you may need. The rooms themselves were HUGE, with fantastic showers, baths & beds. The beds were really comfortable too. Plus, they had scales in the cupboard! It was the extras that really made this place next level amazing! We also ate lunch at the restaurant and it was delicious. Try the Creatan salad. The spa was also wonderful and very much enjoyed. This is one of the best places we have ever stayed at and HIGHLY recommend it!

The reception area doesn't look very nice, but once you go inside the property and grounds, it's another world. The property grounds were beautiful with good amenities like a spa, gym, and pools. There is a pool bar and a restaurant on-site. Parking was free and plentiful. The room we stayed in was spacious with a large balcony to enjoy the ocean view and to have a glass of wine with the lovely ocean breeze. Very good options for breakfast. The area is quiet and right across the end of a beach. All in all, a very nice stay. I would consider staying here again if I come back to the area.
