Great centrally loated hotel

We stayed here as part of a 4 day trip to Gothenburg. The hotel is very centrally located and as easy access to publice transport. WE had a premium room with a balcony which overlooked the river and it was really nice to have that space. They could clean the balcony a bit more often as it was a little dusty. The room otherwise was very nice and clean.Breakfast thoug is a bit of a mad rush. You had to book your timeslot the day before, but despite doing that no one check if you had booked when you came down. It meant that it was extremely busy when we went (despite going in our designated time slot) and it was difficult to find seating.

Levede desværre ikke op til vores forventninger.

God beliggenhed, fin morgenmad. Fint familieværelse, der manglede dog en opredning, hvilket blev fikset ved henvendlede i receptionen. Så manglede der håndklæder, da de ikke blev leveret i forbindelse med opredningen. Hver gang lang kø ved receptionen. Ved en tilfældighed fandt vi ud af at man skulle bestille tid til morgenmaden. Igen skulle man stå i kø ved receptionen. Værelset var uden mulighed for at åbne vinduet og det var meget varmt. Ærgerligt da det ellers var et fint hotel, men det levede ikke op til vores forventninger.
