Amazing hotel

This hotel was spotless, and my room was spacious and quiet. Hotel staff were friendly. All attractions (Crystal Bridges Museum, The Peel Museum & Botanical Gardens, Compton Gardens & Arboretum, Osage Park, Walmart Museum) I visited & the downtown were within a 15 minute drive and there were good restaurants & coffee bars close by (The Buttered Biscuit, Kennedy Coffee). I liked that I could also easily drive a scenic highway from this hotel to the beautiful Hobbs State Park. The downtown had some nice art galleries and great restaurants. All attractions I visited were unusual, artistic, beautiful, and FREE, even parking!

Best Value in Bentonville

My Place is the best value stay in Bentonville. The staff is incredibly helpful, the property is new and very well maintained. The rooms have a kitchen so it is ideal for short or long stays. I highly recommend it when visiting Bentonville.

Good stay. Only issues we had was the walls are thin so you could hear dog barking from another room and either next door or upstairs probably kids rough housing at bedtime so you would hear banging on the floor. New place and it is very clean! Good location too.

The rooms were clean, but no breakfast was provided unless you ordered room service and paid for it. No roof over the entrance so you have to unload in the rain if raining. Cooking is permitted in the room, but no pots or pans are provided. This might be good for some, but not for the average traveler. We would plan on staying in My Place again.

We just stayed one night but it was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The room we had, had a full size fridge, cooking area and sink. It's been only open for 3 months when we stayed. Still had that new hotel smell. It's close to a lot of places but traffic is difficult, next to impossible to turn left on to the main road. We had to turn right and turn around anytime we needed to turn left. Hopefully they install a light there soon, still building in the area.

This is practically a brand-new hotel and sits right next to an At Home by Hilton. I typically don't utilize the amenities that many hotels offer (pool, gym, spa, etc.) because I'm constantly on the move. This was perfect for my needs. They did have a laundry room downstairs and a mini store for basic essentials and snacks. Keep in mind there is no breakfast bar (or dishware in the room--must be purchased or brought in), but they have great breakfast restaurants in the area. They also offer free food delivery during your stay with a promo code. The hotel was exceptionally clean. One thing I appreciated was the Smart TV, which had complimentary Showtime/Paramount, Music Choice stations. It also came with the ability to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Tubi, and (I think) Hulu (don't quote me on that last one, can't remember). Most importantly, the nightly rate was really affordable, which put this hotel on my radar to begin with. I would definitely stay again if in the area!
